- Built a multi-tenant platform on a serverless backend (Node.js/TypeScript, Azure Functions) with three React portals for admin, host and guest. It replaces manual reception check-in, and configuration-driven onboarding adds new sites without code changes.
- Replaced manual reception verification with a C#/.NET and UWP/WinUI kiosk app integrating face and pattern recognition, scanner, camera and PIN, so identity verification runs as self-service and reception handles only exceptions.
- Decoupled kiosk communication from Azure IoT by moving it to RabbitMQ, making the messaging layer portable across cloud and on-premises.
- Introduced self-diagnostics and heartbeat monitoring across kiosk components, turning reactive troubleshooting into proactive fault detection before a check-in is affected.
- Automated deployment through a CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), giving repeatable, consistent releases in place of manual ones.
HelpMatics™ Chatbot: multi-agent RAG assistant for enterprise

- Enabled support staff to query incident tickets in plain language through a React frontend and a natural-language-to-SQL layer (Python, LangChain, LangGraph), removing the need to write SQL by hand.
- Augmented keyword search on unstructured ticket data with a RAG pipeline combining vector embeddings, semantic search and graph-based retrieval in MongoDB, surfacing related cases that keyword search alone missed.
- Exposed multiple tools and data sources to agents through Model Context Protocol (MCP), supporting the LangGraph multi-agent workflow.
- Built Flask services for data preparation, model access and conversation history, enabling the system to work with self-hosted (Ollama, vLLM) and hosted LLMs across on-premises and cloud environments.
